We generally do not keep finished workwear in stock, most samples are made as custom-made.

If we have matching fabric in stock, we will decide to offer free samples or charge accordingly based on styles.

If no available fabric on hand and new fabric needs to be specially sourced, we will charge 2-3 times the regular sample cost. This sample fee will be fully refunded once you place the formal bulk order.

Besides, all shipping costs for samples shall be borne by buyers.
