Custom Workwear Manufacturer | OEM & ODM Uniforms with Logo
Your logo, your fabric, your size chart
Send a design, a sample, or just a photo. We re-cut it, put your label in it and ship it — from 1,000 pieces per style and colour. No trading company in between — you deal with the factory that actually sews your order.

Three ways to order custom workwear
Most buyers do not need a full development. Knowing which of these three you are saves weeks and a lot of money — and it is the first thing we ask.
Private label
Take one of our existing styles as it is. We put your logo, neck label and hangtag on it.
- 1,000 pcs / style / colour
- Pattern stays ours
- Best for a first order or a trial
Re-cut an existing style
Same base pattern, but you change fabric, colour, pocketing, reflective layout or sizing.
- Same 1,000 pcs minimum
- You change fabric, pocketing, reflective layout
- Best value for a real product line
Full custom development
You bring a tech pack, a sketch or a competitor sample. We build the pattern from scratch.
- Same 1,000 pcs minimum
- Pattern built from your tech pack
- Best for own-brand ranges

| Sample fee | Charged, refunded on bulk order | Charged, refunded on bulk order | Charged, refunded on bulk order |
One thing worth knowing: the 1,000-piece minimum, the 7-working-day sample and the 60-day bulk lead time are the same for all three routes. We do not price a re-cut differently from a full development just to cover the pattern work — what changes is how much of the design you supply, and how much of the specification you hand over.
Logo and branding options
The method changes how the logo feels, how long it lasts and what it costs. Here is the honest comparison we give every buyer.
Embroidery
Raised threads, the most durable option. Survives industrial washing better than any print.
Screen print
Flat ink, sharp edges, cheapest for large areas. Needs one screen per colour.
Heat transfer
Handles gradients, photos and small detail that embroidery cannot reproduce.
Woven label
Woven neck and side labels — the detail that separates a private label from a blank garment.
We can combine methods on one order — embroidered chest, printed back, woven neck label. Send your logo as AI, EPS, PDF or a high-resolution PNG and we will confirm the right method before quoting.
What you can change
Everything below can be altered without changing the base pattern — which is why re-cutting is usually faster than a full development.
Fabric
TC twill, 100% cotton, poly-cotton ripstop, 300D Oxford, softshell, modacrylic blends. 190–320 gsm.
Colour
Stock colours from our swatch book, or Pantone matching on bulk orders.
Size grading
XS–5XL graded to EU / US / UK charts, A/B alternative sizes under the same code, or a size set built from your team's measurements.
Pockets
Knee pad pockets, tool loops, radio pockets, chest pen slots, ID windows, hidden zip pockets.
Trims
Two-way zips, storm flaps, D-rings, elastic cuffs, reflective piping, contrast stitching.
Labels
Woven neck labels, size labels, care labels in your language, custom hangtags with barcode.
Packing
Polybag, individual polybag with hangtag, or retail-ready cartons with your SKU stickers.
Documentation
Care labels in your language, packing list in your format, pre-shipment inspection with photos.

How we keep the bulk order honest
The most common complaint about custom workwear is that bulk does not match the sample. These three steps are how we avoid it.
Sealed sample
The approved sample is signed and kept in the workshop. Every line leader checks against it, not against a photo.
In-line checks
Cutting, sewing and logo application are checked at each stage. Logo placement is measured, not eyeballed.
Pre-shipment report
Full inspection before packing: measurements, stitching, logo position, label content, packing count. Photos sent to you.
Your own QC team is welcome to inspect at any stage, or to visit the factory before you place the order. We will arrange access and a working table.
Certificates you can check
Scanned copies of the paperwork behind this page. Management system certificates are issued to Guangyuan Qianzhan; material certificates are held by the mills and trim suppliers whose goods go into your order. Click any document to open it full size.

What buyers ask before placing a custom order
Can you make work uniforms with our logo?
Yes — that is the most common order we run. Send your logo as AI, EPS, PDF or a high-resolution PNG. We confirm the method (embroidery, screen print, heat transfer or woven label) and placement, then show you a photo proof before bulk. Logo cost is quoted per piece, not as a single setup fee.
What is the minimum order for custom workwear?
Our standard MOQ is 1,000 pieces per style and colour, and it is the same whether you choose private label, a re-cut or a full development. Mixed sizes of the same colour count together, and the same minimum applies to a first order and a repeat order. Where we already hold the fabric in stock we can sometimes accept a smaller trial quantity — ask, and you will get a straight answer.
Can you work from a photo or a competitor sample?
Yes. Many buyers start with a photo, a garment they bought elsewhere, or a rough sketch. We will tell you what is reproducible and what is not, and propose the closest option. If you have a tech pack, that speeds things up considerably.
Do you offer private label with our own brand name?
Yes. Woven neck labels, size labels, care labels in your language, and hangtags printed to your artwork. We can also apply your brand to the polybag and carton. The garment will not carry any of our branding unless you ask for it.
What is the sample cost and is it refunded?
We do not keep finished garments in stock, so most samples are made to order. If we already hold the matching fabric we may supply the sample free or charge a style-based fee; if new fabric has to be sourced specially, the sample costs 2–3 times the normal rate. Either way the sample fee is fully refunded once you place the bulk order. Freight for samples is at your cost.
Can you do small trial orders below MOQ?
Sometimes. Where we hold the fabric in stock we can accept a smaller trial order, and the unit price is higher because setup is spread over fewer pieces. Tell us the quantity you have in mind and we will say yes or no directly, rather than quoting a minimum you cannot reach.
What is your monthly capacity, and how far ahead should we book?
Around 100,000 pieces a month across a 20,000 m² plant, with in-house cutting, embroidery, printing and final inspection. Capacity is shared across all customers, so peak season books up early — we recommend reserving your production slot 60 to 90 days ahead. For large programmes we issue a written production plan with weekly output milestones once the deposit is received.
What are your payment terms, and which port do you ship from?
We accept T/T and L/C at sight. Standard terms are a 30% deposit on order confirmation with the 70% balance settled before shipment; for long-term customers we can agree a rolling credit line of up to 30 days. We ship from Shanghai or Shenzhen, whichever gives the better sailing schedule and freight rate — both run frequent direct services to Europe, North America and Southeast Asia. Tell us if your forwarder prefers a specific port and we will price accordingly.
How do I start?
Send whatever you have — a design file, a photo, a sample photo, or just a description of the garment and the quantity. We will come back with feasibility, price range and the fastest route to a sample.
Send the design. We will tell you what it costs.
A sketch, a photo, a sample you like — anything works as a starting point. A real answer, not a brochure.
